It's fantastic to have Clark & Da Costa continuing in their roles as Men's and Women's coach. The Sharks Women's program has improved year after year with Da Costa at the helm, while in the Men's cricket, the Sharks youthful list will be looking to continue to show signs of improvement in all grades.
Allanby has over 10 years experience as a coach at Cricket Tasmania, including being Head Coach of the Tasmanian Tigers, and is hugely valuable asset to have on the Sharks coaching ranks.
Willis, Keep & Wisniewski are fresh faces joining the Sharks coaching ranks, as well as playing. All three are also in Cricket Tasmania's development squad, and will be learning under some of the state's best coaches.
Willis is the current First Grade captain, who led the Sharks to the First Grade premiership in 2016/17. Sean has experience in the high performance pathway, having previously being a Tasmanian contracted player, as well as learning off some of the countries best coaches while he played for Australia U19's as well as spending time learning at the Cricket Australia's High Performance Centre.
Keep, as announced last week, is returning to the Sharks after stints in Adelaide as well as coaching Latrobe CC to the First Grade Premiership in Tasmania's North West competition last season. Trent is keen to continue on his coaching success from last season and will be helping the young Sharks batsman in particular get the most out of themselves.
Wisniewski has coached junior teams at Cricket Tasmania as well as last season taking on the role as head of Sharks Junior cricket. Kyle has shown a huge amount of improvement as a bowler over the past few seasons at the Sharks and will be looking forward to passing on some of his wisdom to the Sharks youthful bowling brigade.
