Harry Nichols is once again set to be a key cog in the Sharks batting line up in the coming 18/19 season, as he continues to build upon the form that’s seen him establish himself in the club’s First Grade team. As the Sharks as a whole look to go a step further than last ear, Nichols himself is looking to go a step further when out in the middle.

“Season 17/18 was another fairly decent season for me, without being great; a few times last season, I would like to have pressed on to a bigger score. So hopefully I can take those opportunities that come my way”

First grade coach Matt Clark was equally complimentary, commending Harry on his consistency, and also keen to see what the run-machine can do this season

“Harry’s flexibility and consistency across all formats were a highlight of last season, and coupled with the confidence he has gained, hopefully we’ll see him excel again in 2018/19”

With the whole club feeling bright about what Season 18/19 might hold, Harry’s confident that this year can bring more glory for the Sharks.

“18/19 is looking good for the Sharks! For the past few seasons, we’ve been building and learning more and more about each other, and to be successful along the way has been great. I believe we have the squad to be there on the last day in March”
